Learning doesn’t stop in the four walls of the classroom. We extend to places where children’s faculties are exercised and enhanced. So aside from letting them engage in outdoor play and activities, we make sure that pupils are exposed to the wonders of technology, promote early awareness of its use in learning new things, than to acquaint them on its downside as a mere playing tool (like most cases of un-guided video games at home).
Brooke’s Learning Corner has IPADs and computers that pupils are free to explore through facilitated learning. Caregivers and teachers can guide them on its usage, basics and the maximization of its use for fun learning. We believe in the power of technology to create great minds. What we need to do is simply to be with them to direct and monitor.
